【Clarification Announcement】Clarification Regarding Media Reports on Hydrogen Energy–Related Investments

The Company has noted recent media reports stating that, in order to build a hydrogen energy–related ecosystem, the Company has invested in or acquired equity interests in several overseas fuel cell and hydrogen-related companies.

To avoid any misunderstanding in the market, the Company hereby clarifies as follows:

1.    As of the date hereof, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has invested in or acquired equity interests in any overseas fuel cell–related companies. The investment-related content described in the media reports is inconsistent with the facts.

2.    Certain hydrogen energy applications, products, or technology-related content mentioned in the media reports represents only general industry information or market observations, and does not constitute any investment, equity participation, or binding cooperative relationship.

3.    As of the date of this announcement, the Company has no hydrogen energy investment project that is required to be publicly disclosed under applicable laws and regulations. Should any future investment or cooperation plan meet the criteria for material information disclosure, the Company will make timely disclosure in accordance with the relevant regulations.
